These Terms of Use are a contract between you and the Sciyo, a company with its principle place of business at Janeza Trdine 9, 51 000 Rijeka, Croatia. Sciyo operates www.sciyo.com (collectively the "Sciyo Sites"), through which it provides peer reviewed scientific literature barrier free. By using the Sciyo Sites and any services accessible from the Sciyo Sites, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use"). If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, do not visit or use the Sciyo Sites.
Unless otherwise indicated, the contents of www.sciyo.com are the property of Sciyo. The copyright in the material contained on this site belongs to Sciyo or its licencors.
You acknowledge and agree that the Sciyo Sites, and any necessary software used in connection with the Sciyo Sites, may contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable laws governing intellectual property, proprietary rights and the like. You bare responsility for all content that you post on the Sciyo Sites and activity relating to your Account (including the content is posted by others under your Account). You shall: (i) notify Sciyo immediately of any unauthorized use of any password or Account or any other known or suspected breach of security; and (ii) report to Sciyo immediately and use reasonable efforts to stop immediately any unauthorized activity you are aware of or suspect.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Croatian Law.
